What industry leaders have to say about the airspace management of the Middle East
 

Officially endorsed and hosted by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), the Future Air Transportation Systems Summit was held at the Conrad hotel in Dubai on 18 - 19 January 2015.

Held alongside the ICAO Middle East Airspace Enhancement Programme (MAEP) Steering Committee meeting, the Summit brought together C-level executives, senior decision makers and government officials responsible for Airspace Management, Air Traffic Control, Avionic Systems and Airfield Operations

These stakeholders discussed what is, and what needs to be done in order to maximise air traffic management capacity by modernising and harmonising the region’s air transportation systems.
